letter mail, while cheap, is risky due to no tracking. i unfortunately cannot guarantee refunds for lost orders due to incorrect addresses/names. i only use letter mail for paper items like prints and stickers - if your order includes bulkier items like keychains and standees, it will need to be sent as a parcel.

i pack orders as i get them, but i am a full time student and i travel for work, so dispatch can take up to 2 weeks - it would very rarely take this long though. typically it should be 5 days or less.

shipping times will vary depending on your area. typically letters can take up from anytime over a fortnight, and parcels can take up from anytime over a week.

any additional funds required at your postal office due to your country's import fee laws is not covered by me. this means you will have to shoulder this fee yourself.
